My work has led me to hold a wide range of positions from Front Desk/Coach at a Local YMCA the General Manager of one of the most successful Retro Fitness franchise. I love to use all the skills I developed over my long career to provide outstanding results for my clients with a smile. I truly believe that if you health is good and your home is in order, you have a solid foundation for peace and prosperity. When not working with clients, I’m usually reading, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen or spending time with my awesome dog Chester among other things.
